SKREPL Group comprises of various companies/Entities which are engaged in the business of (A) Real Estate and Infrastructure development in Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Maharashtra (B) Pharma distribution and CNF agencies of various Pharma companies viz. Abbott India, Eli Lilly, Merck, Pfizer etc. in the state of Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal, (C) Security and Services and (D) Finance and Investment. The business journey started more than 25 Years earlier has gained strength with time with dedication and zeal. This company has strong financial strength in the balance sheet, with reserves and surplus in excess of 75 Crores. Therefore it has the capacity to further raise funds, when required, in excess of 150 Crores. Therefore this company is poised to further expand its business even in new related verticals for which the management is making its efforts.

Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Shailendra Singh is the Founder/ Managing Director of Sai Group of companies. A first generation entrepreneur set up the roots of SKREPL Group post completing his graduation from Delhi University. He has been the managing director for SKREPL group for over 25 years. His dedication and attention to detail has built a strong foundation for the organization. He is also the Managing Director or Director in all other group companies under Sai Group.

The in-house R&D Department helps the SKREPL benchmark itself against world standards in project conception, execution and delivery. CSR and Marketing
Mrs. Namrata Singh has completed her Schooling from Loreto Convent Annual, West Bengal, she went on to complete her Plus- Two from Loreto College, Darjeeling, and then graduated from Shred Shlkshayatan College, Kolkata. She pursued Fashion Designing from Delhi Polytechnic College. She has been involved with lions club, Patna for over 10 years. She is currently holding the post of District Governor, Lions Club – Patna. She has been driving the companies’ CSR and Marketing.

Mr. Rushabh Pethani has completed his graduation in Business Management from Bangalore and Master’s in Business Management from Regents University, London. He also went on to complete a Graduate level Diamond Course from GIA, India. He is a Director and part owner of M. Suresh Group, Mumbai. M Suresh Group is engaged in the business of Diamond mining, cutting and polishing, jewellary. Rushabh is currently heading the diamond business at M. Suresh. He has been involved as a board member of SKREPL for last 3 years.

Mr. Chaitya Adani also represents M. Suresh Group, on the board of Sai Kripa Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. M. Suresh is a leading diamond and real estate company, having an International presence in over 5 countries viz. Dubai, Netherlands, Germany, USA, South Africa, Australia and USSR etc. He is spearheading the overall growth and profitability of the company within the region, by driving robust business strategy, providing thought leadership and guiding excellence in market performance. He is holding a Real Estate Diploma from University of Westminster, London. He is currently in-charge of strategic policy decisions of MS Realty Group. He is keenly involved and is highly instrumental in making strategic decisions in the group. He is also onboard of Omkara Assets Reconstruction Private Limited with his add-on experience of Assets reconstruction business. As part of diversification plan, he led a team of skilled professionals and started exploring real estate business by investing in land bank available in and around Mumbai, Thane and Pune region. He started his career with Adani Capital, an NBFC before moving to the Real-estate sector. He has been involved as a board member of SKREPL for last 3 years.
